Outreach Pricing & Details

Festivals
Rate: $150 per hour
Festivals include (per hour): 2 assembly programs (30 min each) OR 1 hands-on activity (ongoing)
Audience size: Assembly Program – unlimited OR Festival Activities – 50 people (per hour)

School Programs
Rate: $100 per program
(discount available for multiple programs booked on the same day, same location)
Length of Program: 30 minutes
Audience size: Small Group Program - 30 students (maximum) OR Assembly Program – unlimited

Travel Costs
Additional travels costs apply for locations more than 25 miles from GWIZ and/or with a roundtrip travel time greater than 1 hour.

• Outreach visits must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.
  Deposit required at time of reservation.
  Deposits, Cancellations & Final Payments:
  A deposit of $50 or 50% of the total, whichever is less, is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations should be made at least 14 days prior to your scheduled outreach. GWIZ will retain a $15 processing fee for trips cancelled prior to deadline. No refund is available for cancellations within the 14 days before a scheduled trip.
• Final payment must be made in full 14 days prior to the scheduled outreach. Acceptable payment methods are cash, check, or credit card (VISA, MC, AMEX, Discover)

Festival Activities

Straw Rockets – Create your own miniature air powered rocket.
Gloop – Mix up a polymer to take home!
Brain Scrambles - Immerse yourself in crazy brain-teaser and optical illusion challenges.
Oobleck - Create your own crazy liquid that sometimes acts like a solid!
Bee the Bug – Learn the difference between a spider and an insect, then color your own bug mask to take home.
