Special Needs Tours: G.WIZ welcomes special needs groups.

Start with a call to discuss your requirements with our staff.

Teacher Training: The Museum is pleased to offer many teacher training opportunities. All training is free of charge and may qualify for professional hours. Please call to be added to our mailing list.

Lunches: Reservations must be made for the G.WIZ picnic area. Box and bag lunches must be labeled with the student's name. While the group is on their field trip, lunches may be stored in the facility provided they are packed in a large box or cooler.

Gift Shop: We will send you a copy of the G.WIZ Gift Shop order form. We hope that you will take a moment to make copies and send them home with your students, giving them the option to purchase a souvenir gift bag with the following benefits:

• Students will have a lasting, positive memory of their G.WIZ visit.
• It’s convenient for everyone: the Gift Shop staff fills the orders while teachers and students tour the exhibits.
• Teachers will receive a 10% discount at the Gift Shop.
• Proceeds from Gift Shop purchases help to fund educational programs at G.WIZ programs. You can make a difference with your classroom's support.

Minimum Chaperone Requirements

K-12: 1 adult per 10 students & Special needs groups: as necessary - no charge

Teachers and chaperones are responsible for student safety and behavior and must stay with them at all times. All chaperones must be 18 years of age or older.

To receive our field trip rate, one payment is required for the entire group at the time of the field trip. G.WIZ membership benefits, coupons, or other discounts cannot be used for field trips or science workshops.
